A data-driven approach to athlete development

September
to May,
measured.

Most programs talk about development. Very few can show a family what actually changed over a season. AthletesSuite connects goals, testing, practices, workouts and game review into one weekly record for every player.

A comprehensive player development cycle

Own your success.

The honest version

Development lives in a coach’s notebook, three group chats, a shared drive, a spreadsheet somebody stopped updating in November, and one assistant’s memory. Then a parent asks what their kid improved on, and the honest answer is a story.

A story is fine until tryouts, when a family is deciding whether to come back.

Runs every week

The Player Development Cycle.

Six phases, connected on purpose. Each one feeds the next, and the last loops back to the first — so an athlete is always somewhere on the cycle, never standing still. The phases don’t change with the sport; only the tests and drills inside them do.

  1. 01

    Set

Every player gets goals a coach wrote, not a template. Parents can see them.

  2. 02

    Test

One baseline in September. Same protocol at every checkpoint after that.

  3. 03

    Plan

Practice plans with drills, tied to what the testing actually showed.

  4. 04

    Train

Strength and conditioning assigned and logged, so you know what got done.

  5. 05

    Review

Games and video with coach notes attached to the player, not a group chat.

  6. 06

    Report

One weekly page per player. This is the part families remember.
